Beetlejuice 'Backstory' Design Sheet

So... this is a design sheet for a possible backstory for Beetlejuice that will be my 'canon' in my fanfic series. In particular it was created for a sequel to this currently written fic here- [link]

I know a lot of people have tossed around ideas about how he died and whether or not Beetlejuice/Betelgeuse is his real name. I know Beej says he's lived through the black plague but do I believe him? Nahhhh. To be quite honest, I don't think he is as old as he says he is; as someone who studied History (though this does mean taking the cartoon quite seriously) I cannot believe that someone outside of the 20th century would talk like he does, act like he does or be used to all the technological advancements that came around after, immortal ghost or not. So I'm pitching his death around the 1940s/1950s.

I did the unthinkable and gave him a 'real' name. I wanted there to be a reason he was called 'Junior' by his parents without him being named after his father but whilst still having a name relevant to the one he has now. My (lame) idea was that he had two grandfathers with names beginning with B, so instead of being named after just one of them, Nat and Bea picked "B. Junior" to satisfy both grandfathers. Aka: "B. J." and "Junior".

[Bottom-right] His teeth are still white when he first gets to the Neitherworld, that isn't a mistake on my part, it's because he hasn't discovered his favourite snacks. Yet. Plus they haven't had as long to get all green and rotten.

The reason I made him a pianist? If you notice in the cartoon, there are a LOT of episodes where he randomly pulls out a piano or organ and plays pretty damn well. Also, in the book 'Twisted Tours' he does the same. But YES, he was still a conman, still gross and still a lazy bum. Can't be Beej otherwise, right?
